Perrotts is a 5 bedroomed house that sleeps 10 based in Salcombe South Devon. The first lounge is a modern lounge with settees and occasional furniture and big french doors that open up onto the nearby countryside. It also has a log burning fire. The dining area is at the rear of the first lounge and has dining table and chairs and fantastic country views. The second lounge is also large and spacious and fully furnished. There is a very large kitchen that is fully fitted including an Aga and an American style fridge and it is finished in white wood units. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 has twin beds, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has a king sized bed and bedroom 4 has a king sized bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have ensuites with showers, hand basins and toilets. The is also a large walk in shower, hand basin and toilet and another bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. There is a very large open terrace area and an established garden with garden furniture for guests to enjoy. It also has a BBQ area, hot tub and sauna. There is parking for several cars and there are several sandy beaches on both sides of the estuary, accessible by car or on foot with a passenger ferry throughout the year. Shops, banks, Post Office, pubs and restaurants all in Salcombe. Kingsbridge 8 miles.
