Woodpecker Cottage is a 2 bedroomed cottage that sleeps 4 people based in Stokenham, South Devon. There is a very large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and it is fully furnished.The dining area has dining table and chairs. The kitchen is large and fully fitted and finished in white wood units. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet. There is a terraced area outside which has table and chairs for guests to enjoy overlooking a neighbouring pond. At one side of the cottage is a paved patio area provided with table and chairs and overlooks neighbouring fields and a large pond. Below the parking area (this is shared with the owners) and beside the driveway is a lawn area with apple trees. The lane is bordered by bluebell woods, that are available to explore and a large pond in an adjacent field provides an opportunity to watch the local wildlife.There is parking for cars. Pubs 7 minutes walk, under 1/2 a mile.Several beaches from 1.5 miles.
